On December 31, Saigontourist Group announced that the Nguyen Hue Flower Street for Tet 2025, themed "A glorious nation, celebrating peace and prosperity," will open from 7:00 PM on January 27, 2025 (28th day of the lunar calendar) to 9:00 PM on February 2, 2025 (5th day of the lunar new year).

This year’s flower street is divided into three sections: Unity, Transformation, and Development, symbolizing the historical journey of Vietnam.

One standout feature is a decorative area celebrating Vietnam’s major national holidays in 2025. Titled "Fifty years of Tet – Celebrating unification spring," the section highlights the vibrancy of Tet with vivid floral displays and subtle shades of the homeland's green landscape.
A metro train model prominently represents Ho Chi Minh City's advancements, celebrating the metro system's first operational year and signaling a leap into a new era for the city.

Greeting visitors at the entrance is the striking pair of serpents, Kim Ty (male) and Ngan Ty (female), returning after their debut during Tet 2013.

These sculptural masterpieces are remarkable for their scale and craftsmanship. The female snake spans 25 meters, while the male extends 42 meters. Their intertwined bodies, coiling three times, form a base over 11 meters wide. From the base to the top of the heads, they rise more than six meters tall. Both snakes are crafted using 70% environmentally friendly materials, with reflective mica scales accentuating their golden and silver tones. Ngan Ty's body is adorned with approximately 2,700 scales, while Kim Ty boasts close to 3,600 scales, creating a dazzling visual effect.

Among the 90 snake mascots is a cobra-inspired sculpture, rising with its hood flared and wearing a traditional conical hat.
This towering mascot measures over 50 meters in length and 10 meters in height, painted in a vibrant green hue.

Another captivating centerpiece is "Spring drops from the earth," a concept blending the shapes of a beehive and a stalactite cave.
This display uses thousands of bamboo and rattan panels to construct its towering columns and domed ceilings, stretching across nearly 1,000 square meters.

The "Dance of spring" installation, inspired by a forest canopy, uses steel frames, foam blocks, and bamboo sheets painted in shades of green. Illuminated by light spheres of varying sizes, the space transforms into a magical spectacle at night when the city lights come alive.

The flower street will feature over 109,000 floral arrangements, meticulously designed and constructed from January 9 to January 27, 2025, in preparation for Tet celebrations.
