Ao Dai collection launched in the US

Designer Do Trinh Hoai Nam has recreated a Mosaic artistic style in his collection of gold-plated Ao Dai (Vietnamese gown), introduced in the US this week.

As part of the Vietnamese Ao Dai 2023 project that aims to promote Ao Dai culture and the natural wonders of Ha Long Bay to international friends, designer Do Trinh Hoai Nam last week launched the "Source Spring" collection in San Diego, California, USA. He invited two international supermodels Wynter Alana and Nya Deng to wear his designs.

Hoai Nam’s Ao Dai designs use high-quality materials, treated with modern technology in the style of Mosaic art combined with aspects of traditional Vietnamese culture such as embroidery, inlaid gold, and inlay with metal and gems. The designer has transformed the traditional Vietnamese ao dai model into an artwork.

The "Source Stream" collection brings an unprecedented look to Vietnamese fashion with exclusive design motifs creating impressive, luxurious visual effects.
