On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), leaders of various political parties have sent congratulatory letters and messages to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and General Secretary To Lam.
In its congratulatory message, the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party highlighted that over the past 95 years, the Communist Party of Vietnam, founded by President Ho Chi Minh, has led the Vietnamese revolution with wise, creative, and decisive policies.
These efforts have enabled Vietnam to achieve remarkable victories in the struggle for national liberation against colonialism and imperialism, culminating in the historic reunification of the country in 1975.
Particularly, after nearly 40 years of the Doi Moi (Renewal) process, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnamese people have made significant and comprehensive achievements.
These accomplishments have ensured political stability, strengthened national security, maintained social order, and driven rapid economic growth. The Party’s role and Vietnam’s position have become increasingly prominent both regionally and internationally.
The Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party expressed firm belief that, by upholding its glorious revolutionary tradition and outstanding achievements, the Party, the State, and the people of Vietnam will continue to secure greater victories in implementing the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and in preparing for the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Similarly, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized that over the past 95 years, the Communist Party of Vietnam has united and guided the Vietnamese people in achieving national reunification and liberation, as well as in accomplishing remarkable successes in socialist construction and reform.
Since the 13th Party Congress, the Communist Party of Vietnam has focused on strengthening internal discipline. As a result, Vietnam has maintained political and social stability, experienced robust economic growth, and enhanced its international standing.
Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, headed by General Secretary To Lam, Vietnam is striving towards the goals set by the 13th Party Congress, aiming for further progress ahead of the Party’s centenary and the country’s centennial milestones.
The long-standing revolutionary friendship and cooperative relations between the Communist Party of China and the Communist Party of Vietnam have been nurtured by leaders such as Chairman Mao Zedong and President Ho Chi Minh. The two nations have stood by each other in their revolutionary struggles, collaborated in socialist construction, and advanced modernization efforts.
The Communist Party of China is committed to working closely with the Communist Party of Vietnam to implement the strategic consensus reached by top leaders of both parties.
Based on the principles of "Sixteen Golden Words," the "Four Goods" spirit, and the overarching "Six More" framework, both sides will promote high-level exchanges, strengthen strategic dialogues, deepen traditional friendship, expand cooperation across various fields, and enhance theoretical and governance exchanges.
These efforts aim to develop a China-Vietnam community with a shared future, bringing tangible benefits to the peoples of both nations and contributing to global peace and progress.
Cambodian People's Party Chairman Hun Sen also sent a congratulatory letter to General Secretary To Lam, stating, "On behalf of the Cambodian People's Party and myself, I extend my warmest congratulations to you and all leaders of the Communist Party of Vietnam."
In his letter, Chairman Hun Sen praised Vietnam's achievements under the leadership of the Communist Party, noting the country’s steady development, continuous economic growth, improved living standards, and growing international influence.
He also expressed satisfaction with the ever-strengthening friendship, solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations, in line with the principle of "Good neighbors, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, and long-term sustainability."
Under the visionary leadership of General Secretary To Lam, the Communist Party of Vietnam is expected to achieve further success in implementing the resolutions of the 13th Party Congress and in organizing the 14th National Congress.
Cuban First Secretary and President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, along with General Raul Castro Ruz, sent a congratulatory letter to General Secretary To Lam, emphasizing the significance of Vietnam’s revolutionary experience. They particularly highlighted the Doi Moi policy, initiated in 1986, as a shining example for the international communist movement.
Cuban leaders reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to deepening the unbreakable friendship, solidarity, and cooperation between the two nations, built on the legacy of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz and President Ho Chi Minh.
