On January 20, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Nguyen Anh Tuan, Co-Chair and Director of the Boston Global Forum and former Editor-in-Chief of VietNamNet, was invited to present his groundbreaking Government 24/7 Initiative.

This initiative leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to create a modern, efficient, and knowledge-driven government capable of serving citizens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without interruption.

For his efforts, Nguyen Anh Tuan was honored with the “Outstanding Leadership for Global Sustainable Development” award, marking a significant milestone in the recognition of his pioneering vision and the innovative efforts of the Boston Global Forum.

The Government 24/7 Initiative’s impact has resonated globally, prompting the French government to invite the Boston Global Forum to host a special session of the AI Action Summit in Paris on February 11.

The summit, presided over by French President Emmanuel Macron, will gather world leaders, including presidents, prime ministers, and leading AI scholars and innovators from various fields.

During the special session, Nguyen Anh Tuan is set to present President Macron and the people of France with a comprehensive strategy for implementing the Government 24/7 model. This vision includes a breakthrough strategy to position France as a leader among the world’s AI powerhouses.

In a recent interview with VietNamNet on December 19, 2024, marking the publication’s 27th anniversary, Nguyen Anh Tuan expressed his belief in the inevitability of innovation driven by societal needs.

He shared that the Government 24/7 Initiative is not just a concept but a practical framework for the future. By aligning with developmental trends and addressing urgent societal demands, he is confident the initiative will become a reality.
