What is new in Hanoi’s new land-price list?
The adjusted land price list will be applied until the end of 2025, with price levels 2-6 times higher than the old land price list. The highest price level is VND695.3 million per sq m, applied to Le Thai To, Hang Ngang and Hang Dao.
