On February 24, the copyright holder to send the Vietnamese representative to the Miss Universe beauty pageant and the new country director of Miss Universe Vietnam were announced at an event in Ho Chi Minh City. 

On February 24, the organizers of Miss Universe Vietnam signed a copyright agreement with JKN Corporation, the owner of the Miss Universe pageant contest in HCM City, with the participation of Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Nola (Filipino-American) and 2nd runner-up Andreína Martínez (Dominican Republic), and President Anne Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip of the Miss Universe organization.

Accordingly, the company that holds the copyright of Miss Universe in Vietnam is the Miss Universe Vietnam Commercial Joint Stock Company, led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Nga and supermodel Lan Khue as the Southern Regional Director. 

At the signing ceremony, Nguyen Thi Quynh Nga was named the national director of Miss Universe Vietnam.

Quynh Nga, 27, is a reporter and host of the Vietnam Television (VTV). She was in the top 10 of Miss World Vietnam 2019, the runner-up of the Miss Student 2017, and Miss Talented of the Hanoi Foreign Trade University 2015.

Quynh Nga graduated from Hanoi Foreign Trade University, and has good English skills with an IELTS score of 7.5.
