VietNamNet Bridge – Viet Nam is on track to fulfil its target of attracting US$32-34 billion in Official Development Assistance and preferential loans during the 2011-15 period, along with capital disbursement of $14-16 billion.

VietNamNet Bridge – The Government has issued Decree 38/2013/ND-CP which stipulates nine priority fields for using official development assistance and preferential loans.

VietNamNet Bridge – This Committee is responsible for researching, proposing to the Prime Minister the policy to attract, effectively manage and use ODA capital and preferential loans of international donors.
