For 80 years, Vietnam Post has been a cornerstone of national development, establishing itself as the leading national postal enterprise and a trusted partner for citizens, businesses, and government authorities.

Throughout this journey, Vietnam Post has continuously innovated, ensuring the smooth flow of both physical goods and digital services, fostering community connection and service.

Aligned with the trends of the new economy era, Vietnam Post is transitioning from a traditional postal service to a digital technology enterprise in the postal, logistics, and e-commerce sectors.

This transition provides an efficient business and marketing platform that helps small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and local businesses engage in global supply chains, promoting Vietnamese products internationally.

With 80 years of development, Vietnam Post boasts a vast postal and logistics infrastructure, including over 13,000 service points, seven regional processing centers, 700 district-level centers, hundreds of thousands of square meters of warehouses, and tens of thousands of transport vehicles, connecting over 220 countries and territories.

As the designated provider of public postal services, Vietnam Post has ensured the uninterrupted flow of goods and essential services, even during challenging times like natural disasters and pandemics.

Vietnam Post is the only postal service enterprise involved in international postal organizations to which Vietnam belongs. The Universal Postal Union (UPU) has recognized it as one of the exemplary postal organizations for its active participation in postal projects.

The efforts of Vietnam Post in innovation and adaptation have been central in improving Vietnam's postal development index, raising it from level 6 to level 8, placing the country among those with well-developed postal systems.

Moreover, Vietnam Post's ASEAN Postal Cooperation initiative has contributed to a network of regional postal operations, further strengthening cross-border connections.

In the digital age, Vietnam Post’s extensive network remains the foundation for developing an efficient, fast, and professional ecosystem for postal and last-mile delivery services, offering high-quality logistics and mail delivery solutions.

This progress is a step toward realizing its mission of becoming an essential infrastructure provider for the nation and digital economy, especially in e-commerce.
