Vietnam welcomes international contestants for Miss Charm pageant
With contestants arriving from over 30 countries, Miss Charm 2024 is set to showcase beauty, intelligence, and confidence on an international stage in Vietnam.
Beauty queens from the United States, India, Brazil, the Philippines, and more are arriving in Ho Chi Minh City to compete in Miss Charm 2024. According to the organizers of Miss Charm 2024, contestants began landing at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City last weekend. On their personal social media accounts, the participants shared photos expressing excitement about embarking on this new journey.

Rashmita Rasindran of Malaysia stood out in a vibrant yellow ao dai and expressed surprise at the warm welcome she received, noting her confidence in adapting well during the competition.
Fernanda Antelo from Bolivia radiated energy as she draped her national flag over her shoulders.
Meanwhile, Fernanda Isabel Rojas of Venezuela proudly stated it was an honor to wear her country’s name and vowed to win Venezuela's first-ever Miss Charm crown.
Hannah Onosetale Iribhogbe from Nigeria was thrilled to meet 36 contestants from diverse cultures worldwide, describing the experience in Vietnam as exhilarating.
Colombian contestant expressed readiness for the competition’s first activities.
Xiadani Saucedo Arrieta of Mexico shared her dream of making her nation proud as she left home to join the pageant.
Kayla Jean Carter from the Philippines carefully packed for the competition and showed enthusiasm about her participation.
Luma Russo, Miss Charm 2023 from Brazil, also arrived in Ho Chi Minh City. She expressed excitement about accompanying the 37 contestants vying for the title and preparing to crown her successor.
Representing Vietnam in Miss Charm 2024 is Nguyen Thi Quynh Nga, born in 1995. A graduate of the Foreign Trade University with an impressive IELTS score of 7.5, Quynh Nga is a television editor and host. She previously placed in the top 10 of Miss World Vietnam 2019 and won the first runner-up title in Vietnam Student Beauty Pageant 2017. In 2024, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration in the United States.
Miss Charm is the first international beauty pageant organized by Vietnam, launched in 2019. The competition aims to celebrate the comprehensive beauty of women worldwide, focusing on criteria such as intelligence, talent, physique, soul, and confidence. After more than 10 days of competition, the contestants will take the stage for the grand finale on the evening of December 21.
