Bich Tuyen’s performance at the 2025 National Volleyball Championship left a strong impression on coach Young Taik Lee of GS Caltex Club (South Korea).

The highlight of the third day of the championship was the clash between Ninh Binh and Hoa Chat Duc Giang. Both teams featured top-quality spikers who are also national team members.

A notable moment in the match was the return of middle blocker Bich Thuy after her departure from GS Caltex in the Korean Volleyball League. Determined to lead Hoa Chat Duc Giang to victory, she played alongside her teammates against the ancient capital’s team, Hoa Lu.

However, Ninh Binh, powered by the outstanding performance of Bich Tuyen, denied their opponents' aspirations. The opposite hitter from Ninh Binh consistently broke through the blocking lines of Hoa Chat Duc Giang, scoring relentlessly and securing a 3-0 win for her team (25-20, 25-10, 25-23).

Bich Tuyen’s dazzling display not only captivated spectators but also caught the eye of coach Young Taik Lee from GS Caltex - Bich Thuy’s former club.

Coach Lee traveled to Vietnam to observe several athletes at the 2025 National Volleyball Championship, including Bich Tuyen and Bich Thuy. After watching Bich Tuyen play live, he had high praise for her.

Impressed by her powerful attacking and forceful shots, Coach Lee remarked that if the Ninh Binh spiker were to compete in South Korea, she would undoubtedly become one of the top players.

"Seeing Bich Tuyen play live, I find her power even more impressive than in the videos," Coach Young Taik Lee said.

Following the first round of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship, Bich Tuyen is expected to travel to South Korea for a trial. If successful, she will join the Korean league, following in the footsteps of Bich Thuy.

With the head coach of GS Caltex personally coming to "scout" her skills, Bich Tuyen has a significant chance to play in South Korea.
