The Tan Vien Son Thanh (Tan Vien Mountain Saint) festival is underway in Minh Quang commune, Hanoi’s outlying district of Ba Vi from February 17-19.  

The 17th Vietnam Poetry Day officially opened on February 17 in Hanoi, featuring a wide range of activities.
