Thousands of people from all corners of the country flocked to the northern province of Hung Yen on March 21 to attend a festival commemorating Chu Dong Tu and Tien Dung,

 Phung Cong Commune was once an agricultural area like other rural areas in North Vietnam. However, after 20 years it has become a “billionaires’ village” due to the villagers’ shift from growing rice to growing flowers and ornamental plants.
