
Under a newly issued government decree, MOCST is now responsible for state management in culture, family affairs, sports, tourism, journalism, broadcasting, news agencies, publishing, printing, digital media, grassroots information, and international communication.
The ministry’s structure includes 25 units, categorized as follows:

The Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism has been authorized to submit additional public service unit proposals to the Prime Minister and to define the functions, responsibilities, and structure of the ministry’s subordinate agencies.
This decree takes effect from March 1, replacing Decree No. 01/2023/NĐ-CP issued on January 16, 2023.
